Stefano Donaudy was een Italiaanse componist uit de late 19e en vroege 20e eeuw, geboren in Palermo uit een Franse vader en een Italiaanse moeder. Hij was actief tijdens een periode van culturele bloei in Palermo, toen de stad genoot van de invloed van rijke Anglo-Siciliaanse families zoals de Florios en Whitakers.
