Otilie Suková was een getalenteerde Tsjechische pianist en componiste, geboren in 1878. Als dochter van de beroemde componist Antonín Dvořák en echtgenote van Josef Suk, groeide ze op in een muzikale omgeving die haar talent stimuleerde. Suková's composities, die vaak een klassieke toets met volksmuziek vermengen, omvatten diverse pianostukken die haar vaardigheid en creativiteit tonen. Haar werk, zoals "Humoresque" en "Ukolebavka," biedt een blik in haar unieke stijl en emotionele diepgang.
