Sir Clifford Curzon, geboren als Clifford Michael Siegenberg, was een van de meest invloedrijke Engelse pianisten van de 20e eeuw. Geboren in Londen in 1907, begon hij al op jonge leeftijd met pianospelen, geïnspireerd door de mogelijkheid om alleen met het instrument te zijn.
