Urs Leimgruber is een vooraanstaande Zwitserse saxofonist, geboren op 1 januari 1952 in Luzern. Leimgruber heeft jarenlang in Parijs gewoond, waar hij zijn kunst verder heeft ontwikkeld voordat hij terugkeerde naar zijn geboorteplaats in 2005.
