"Heggie: Great Scott" is een opmerkelijke opera-compositie van de Amerikaanse componist Jake Heggie, in samenwerking met de gerenommeerde librettist Terrence McNally. Deze live-opname van de wereldpremière in Dallas in 2015 brengt een unieke ervaring voor de opera-liefhebber. Met de mezzosopraan Joyce DiDonato in de hoofdrol, wordt het verhaal van Arden Scott, een beroemde operazangeres, tot leven gebracht.
