In 2010 bracht Elizabeth Poston het album "A Ceremony of Carols, An English Day-Book" uit, een verzameling van klassieke en traditionele Engelse koorwerken. Dit album, uitgegeven door Signum Records, duurt 49 minuten en biedt een rijke en diverse collectie van composities, uitgevoerd door de National Youth Choir of Scotland, begeleid door Claire Jones op de harp en onder leiding van Christopher Bell.
Het album begint met "A Ceremony of Carols", een reeks van twaalf delen die variëren van processie tot recessie, en bevat klassieke kerstliederen zoals "Wolcum Yole!" en "Balulalow". De tweede helft van het album, "An English Day-Book", omvat een verscheidenheid aan stuks die de seizoenen en dagelijkse leven in Engeland vangen, van "The Bellman's Song" tot "On a Summer Night".
